We connect business owners,
buyers and investors

Deals of NIS 10 million and above — with no advertising, no noise in the market, and no pause in the day-to-day running of your business.

We are a boutique M&A firm. We find and create connections between business owners, buyers, investors and strategic partners. We focus on active companies and businesses valued at NIS 10 million and above and we guide sales, acquisitions, partial exits, bringing in a partner, and mergers. The practice is led by Shuki Mizrahi — a partner in a publicly traded company and a seasoned businessman — together with our management and analysis team.

The right matchBetween the right people

Sometimes the best deal begins with a conversation nobody else knows about

One owner is thinking about selling. Another company wants to grow. An investor is looking for an active business. A third owner wants a partner who can take the company to its next stage. In most cases these people have never met. That is exactly where we come in.

We do not believe in spreading sensitive information widely. We believe in learning the business, working out who the right party might be, and approaching that party personally and quietly.

What we handle

It is not only "sell or do not sell". There is a great deal in between.

1

Selling the company

A full sale process: preparation, an indicative valuation, mapping of buyers, a discreet approach, and management of the negotiation through to signing.

2

Selling part of your holding

A partial exit that keeps you in the business, alongside a partner who brings capital, market access or management strength.

3

Bringing in a partner

A strategic or financial partner who can take the company to its next stage, in a structure built around what suits you.

4

Merging into a larger company

Joining your operation to a larger business in a neighbouring sector. That is often where the value sits that a purely financial buyer cannot see.

5

Finding a company to buy

For buyers: defining the acquisition profile you want, actively finding companies that fit it, and approaching them on your behalf.

6

Preparing early for an exit

One or two years ahead. What to put in order inside the company so that the price is higher and the process is smoother.

What we need to meet

So that we do not waste your time, and so that we can do the work properly:
  • Revenue or profit: Sales of NIS 15 million and above, or net or operating profit of NIS 2 million and above.
  • Deal size: A reasonable first estimate that the deal is worth NIS 10 million or more.
  • Track record: A living, profitable business with a good name in its market for at least five years.
  • Commitment: A willingness to work in an orderly way, under a representation agreement for a period we agree in advance.

Not sure whether you meet these? That is exactly what the first conversation is for. We do not rule anything out before we look.

How it works

Four stages, at your pace.

1

A first conversation

Confidential, with no commitment and no documents. We understand what you have, what you want, and what the options are.

2

Study and mapping

We learn the business, build an indicative valuation and an anonymous profile, and map out the parties to whom this company is worth the most.

3

A targeted approach

We approach a short list personally and quietly. Identifying details are released only after a signed non-disclosure agreement and your explicit approval.

4

Negotiation and closing

Running the negotiation, the letter of intent and the due diligence process through to signing, alongside your own lawyers and accountants.

Confidential opportunities

This is how we present companies that are in a process: no identifying details, but enough information for you to tell whether it is relevant.

Even if selling is only a first thought, we can talk

The first conversation is confidential, commits you to nothing, and is never made public. Often it simply helps you see what your options are.
