We broker mergers and acquisitions. The work itself requires us to hold sensitive information about people and companies — and to present some of it, carefully and in stages, to the other side of a deal. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how you control it.
Who we are
Mizrahi Arnon — Mergers & Acquisitions (Shuki Mizrahi, Yoram Arnon and Avivit Arnon). Database owner and manager: Yoram Arnon.

What information is collected
- What you enter in the form: name, phone, email, company name, sector, revenue range, subject of the enquiry and free text.
- What is provided later in the process: financial statements, contracts, presentations, ownership details and other business information — only if and to the extent you choose to provide it.
- What we generate: summaries of calls and meetings, findings, our assessments and impressions, and the status of the file.
- Technical: the page the enquiry was sent from and the time it was sent.
You are under no legal obligation to give us anything. Providing information is voluntary — but without a phone number or email we cannot get back to you, and without business figures we cannot assess suitability.
What it is used for
- To contact you and manage the conversation.
- To assess whether the file meets our threshold criteria.
- To find a suitable counterparty and manage the process with them.
- To meet the professional and record-keeping obligations that apply to us.
We make no marketing use of the information, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Who receives the information
This is the most important point on this page, so it is set out in full:
- Our team — the three of us, and no one else.
- The other side of the deal (a prospective buyer or seller) — only after a signed confidentiality agreement and with your explicit approval, case by case. At an early stage only an anonymous profile is shown, from which the company cannot be identified.
- Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, tax advisers, valuers) — only where needed to advance the deal, and with your knowledge.
- Infrastructure providers — Google/Firebase, where the database is hosted.
- A competent authority — if we are required to do so by law.
Use of artificial intelligence
Our internal system uses an AI engine (OpenAI, whose servers are in the United States) to analyse the state of a file and suggest next steps. The company name, contact name, phone number, email address and identity numbers are not sent to it. The file is presented to the engine as a meaningless file number and numeric data only, and identifying details are stripped twice — in the browser and again on the server — before anything is sent.
Transfer of information outside Israel
The database is hosted on Google cloud servers. The AI service operates in the United States and, as stated, receives non-identifying information only. We are putting data-processing agreements in place with these providers.
How long the information is kept
- An enquiry that did not become a file: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- An active file: for the duration of our engagement.
- A closed file: up to 7 years, to document fee entitlement and meet reporting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.
- An explicit deletion request overrides all of the above, except information we are required by law to retain.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, you are entitled:
- To review the information we hold about you.
- To correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- To request deletion of the information.
- To object to the use of the information, including to unsolicited contact from us.
A single message to arnon.yoram@gmail.com
is enough. We will handle it within 30 days and reply in writing with what was done. To stop contact from us you can also simply reply "REMOVE" to any message you received from us.
Information security
- Access to the database is limited to the three team members only, each individually identified.
- Information is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Every access to a record or a document is written to an access log that cannot be edited or deleted.
- View links we generate are temporary, can be revoked instantly, and cannot be searched for or discovered without the exact link.
- In the event of a serious security incident, we will act in accordance with the reporting duties in the regulations.

The site is intended for a business audience only and is not directed at minors.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the update date at the top of the page. The consent wording you approved when you enquired is stored exactly as it was at that moment — so it is always clear precisely what you agreed to.
